Bulgarian tourist: is there toilet in-suite? is there satellite (not cable) TV? can I see my car from the window?

Concept of service

Nonexistent. Any age the people are, any area of work, the concept of service does not exist. The extreme is to go to tourism office and ask for something. Bus to go there. You receive a piece of paper. No info if there other means to arrive there, trains maybe...
